Neurotype

I am in the process of seeking a diagnosis that will likely be of Autism and ADHD. At this stage I can say with certainty that I strongly resonate with both these neurotypes. I have included this in this section without a solid diagnosis yet in the hopes that you hold the knowing that if you yourself are neurodiverse, I see you! and am on that journey myself.

How did we get here?

The creation of this space has followed my own journey of self-discovery. After navigating years of directionless self-exploration I came to create my first course; “The Art of Creating Your Life”, an introduction to the foundational concepts of self-development. This course covered all of the things that I wish I had known at the start of my journey.

As I grew and evolved, subsequent courses were created! The success of these courses had led me to feeling like I “should” do my counselling studies so that I could offer services more aligned with mental health. Only after re-enrolling and immersing myself in study did I realise it wasn’t what would truly ignite my passion and light up my soul.

I took stock and re-evaluated, looking at all of the gorgeous golden threads throughout my life. I came to recognise that my purpose at this time is to help the creatives, the artists, the yogis and the healers to develop and create their own courses. In the combination of all of the side quests in my life I found my light. I can’t wait to share it with you.

Grace's course is something I would recommend to anyone no matter what stage of life they are in. This course empowers you to identify your ego and seperate your decisions into conscious choices as oppose to self protection. The group sessions allowed an insight to the way that others perceive the material while the 1:1 sessions built trust and guidance to implement strategies to create the life I want to live!
